8-12 YRS

• Children 8-12yrs old can take part in our KIDS OPEN GROUP SURF / WATER BASED ACTIVITY LESSON. If the conditions happen to be flat on the day then a flat-water surf lesson along with water based team-building activities will be provided as an alternative.  This is due to the minimum age for SUP (stand up paddle boarding) being 13yrs old.

• To specifically book just a SURF or WATER BASED ACTIVITY LESSON you can check our 3 DAY LESSON FORECAST prior to the day to see what type of lesson  will run. If we have space you can then book it already knowing what you will be doing.

• It is also possible to book a SURF LESSON for 8-12yrs in an OPEN GROUP LESSON provided you have ensured a SURF LESSON is running and SUP is not being provided. You can check the type of lesson running via our 3 DAY LESSON FORECAST on the homepage. If so simply choose and OPEN GROUP LESSON and select the 13-16yrs booking option and add your child’s specific age in the notes section so we know in advance.

13 YRS+ & ADULTS

• For anyone 13-16yrs and Adults can take part in OPEN GROUP SURF / SUP LESSONS. You would be offered either a SURF or SUP lesson on the day depending on the conditions. SURFING if there are waves and SUP if the conditions are flat.

• To specifically book just a SURF or SUP lesson you can check our 3 DAY LESSON FORECAST prior to the day to see what type of lesson will run. If we have space you can then book it already knowing what you will be doing.

MIXED AGE GROUP

• If you are wanting to book with children in different age categories you have two options:                                                                                       

          i.Book spaces in a KIDS OPEN GROUP LESSON and a standard OPEN GROUP LESSON that run at simultaneous times.

         ii-Book one of our PRIVATE LESSONS available for 2-7 participants. 

PRIVATE LESSONS

• We can accommodate 1-24 participants from 8YRS+ in our Private 1:1 - 2:1,  Private Group 3:1 - 7-1,  Private Group 8+ participant lessons.  

• You would be offered either a SURF or SUP lesson depending on the conditions. SURFING if there are waves and SUP if the conditions are flat.

• In the case of flat conditions, if you have participants from both ‘8-12 YRS’ and ‘13YRS+ & ADULTS’ you have two options show below. Please discuss with our helpful team before booking, so as to ensure we can deliver the best option for you.  i-Flat-water surf lesson along with water based team-building activities to all participants.  ii.13YRS+ & ADULTS participants could opt for hiring SUP’s whilst the ‘8-12YRS’ participants take option 1.

• To specifically book just a SURF or SUP lesson you can check our 3 DAY LESSON FORECAST prior to the day to see what type of lesson will run. If we have space you can then book it already knowing what you will be doing.

• Private 1:1 - 2:1 lessons will unlikely to be available during July and August due to such high demand of participants in lessons. Unfortunately, we only have a limited amount of time each day based around the tides.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• All the equipment required (boards, paddles, wetsuits, boots, gloves, hoods) is provided and included in the lesson price.
• Due to the weather being unpredictable we can never guarantee the conditions.
• Children between 5-7 YRS can be accommodated in Private 1:1 Lessons.
• There is no maximum age when taking a lesson. However, we do suggest a reasonable fitness. Any concerns please do get in contact.
